Showed up in the time frame as promised. Gave me a timeline 2-3 hours. That was right on. The professional installer showed up at the end and hooked up our water heater. All together we had 3 guys working on it. New heater works great! Very hot water. Removed the old one and didn't leave too much a mess. Solid pricing compared to the big Box stores. Only, only thing is one of the younger employees was a smoker and left some cig butts on the driveway. I would work with these folks again.
