Apart from the fact that it is very confusing, the following experience:
We had 1 pair of pants and a jacket and drove to the bottom to pay. There were 4 cashiers who told us that the label of the pants is missing. We would have to go back to the department and get a replacement label there. When asked if they could not call there, "unfortunately not". In the department we would be referred twice. Then it was said the pants in the same size would be needed - but it was the last. In the end, somehow, the cashier and the seller started talking to each other. Total took "only" 35 minutes to pay. Super performance.
