Disgusting company. Charged my grandad 12000 for a sofa and chair a couple of years ago. The salesman who visited talked my grandad who was very vunrable at the time to take out a loan secured against his house for the sofa.
After speaking to them just after my grandad died a month or so later they said they asked if he wanted someone present at the appointment but he declined. He was very clearly vunrable and Iam also surprised the bank agreed to the loan.
Do not use this company and I wouldn't let salesperson into your home. They prey on the vunrable to take as much money as they can.
The sofa was also one of the most horrible sofas I have seen.

Unfortunately you had your chance to resolve this at the time. Watchdog at the time were very close to investigating oaktree mobility as at the time we were not the only people who had spoken to them. Sadly I don't think they ever did.
It will be pointless me ringing as it will be impossible to resolve or change my opinions on the way your rep dealt with my grandad.
I just saw an article this morning about yourselves. A bad one obviously so I just thought I would share my experience on here.
