Worst customer service I've ever come across. Unused products, of which the packaging is open, are refused at Ikea Barendrecht without inspection, in a very unfriendly tone. No 365-day return guarantee, despite the confirmation from the online customer service that returns are normally possible for the product in question. Apparently different rules apply in Barendrecht.
