I came home yesterday to a house that felt a little warmer than normal. Sure enough, the AC wasn't working, and the temperature crept up a few degrees per hour. With temperatures for the week projected to be in the mid nineties and two kids that stay at home during the day, I needed someone to diagnose and fix the problem ASAP. Climatech is located in Wallingford where I live, so I called the office and had someone out within the hour despite being in the early evening. The serviceman was very professional and quickly determined that the capacitor on my outdoor condenser was bad. He swapped it out, made sure everything was functioning properly, and was on his way. The cost seemed more than fair. For once, I felt good about a transaction! I something happens to my AC or furnace in the future, I will be sure to call Climatech.
