Terrible customer service as a property manager. I sent my 30 days notice about 45 days out and never received a reply of acknowledgement. Had to follow up with my property manager agent via cell to ensure she knew I was moving out, as she couldn't keep up with email. Now it's been around a month since I moved out and still haven't received my security deposit back. Yes, they are allowed 60 days to return the deposit but it has never taken any other company I rented from while in Colorado Springs this long.

The positives are many of the tasks dealing with the agency are able to be processed remotely/online. Such as signing lease digitally, written 30 day notice sent via email, maintenance requests on website as well as online payments without extra fees. Although the poor customer service outweighs these conveniences for me.
