Update on the arbitration - Yes, I was totally ups...

Update on the arbitration - Yes, I was totally upset with the process of ACV's arbitration process. Luckily, the management team (Special thanks Tiffany!!!!, she has been great since I was working with her from day 1!!) began to dig a little deeper into the issues I was having with the purchase. With the help of them we were able to come up with a solution that took care of EVERYTHING!!! Yes, it took some time, but was able to work through these issues.

One thing I didn't take into consideration is that they are a new company, which means they will be going through some growing pains. As long as they will execute and do the "Right" thing(s)...I am completely satisfied with the process.

I am leaving the initial complaint so that all you can understand my point of view...it's ok be upset, but allow them to work with you and work through the process. They truly want to help and work with you!!!!

FYI...Everything was good until Arbitration. Becareful when it comes to arbitrations...they will not work with you nor will they send out a rep to investigate it. The sales team members is pleasant to work with though. I Purchased 20 vehicles in 2 weeks....I was told it was ok if I didn't buy anymore cars from ACV!!!
