I have had few dealings with property managers and my experience with Goldberg is mixed. The owner, Dave Goldberg, is responsive and helpful. He once got in his car right away and drove to the house to let me in after I locked myself out . Things get done fairly quickly and the contractors that I've had so far got their jobs done quickly and well. The glitch is that if your problem is small as a tenant it is big to you and you need someone to come and deal with it. I have found the maintenance people who work for Goldberg are pretty mediocre and sometimes just don't show up. We've had problems with small things like locks on windows and doors, ceiling fans that don't turn off, and they have never been addressed. The new maintenance team notified a week before Thanksgiving about a loose ceiling fan did nothing even though I was concerned it was unsafe for a house full of people.
