Really disappointed because of the bad customer se...

Really disappointed because of the bad customer service. promised a tour with a tour leader from our country guiding from the start but instead were given a tour guide on the destination country (bear in mind that this purchased trip is meant for elderly).

requesting a refund which are a really tedious and stalling process (hasn't been refunded until now, 1 month and counting) and FYI, we requested the refund based on the agreement that they can't comply with our initial request above

when the refund are processed for the first time, we've waited for 2 weeks just for them to told us that we need a proof that states the person who are going on the tour are our parents (common sense: the one signing the agreement are us and the one paying are us for our parents) and they're stalling again for 2 more weeks. really nice *sarcastically*

now, they said that they already processed the refund but the bank needs 7 days to processed it -_- which bank needs 7 days to processed a clearing? really, no common sense for the excuses.
