Love the building and room yet EXTREMELY arrogant ...

Love the building and room yet EXTREMELY arrogant rude front desk staff diminished my enjoyment, the day man with glasses and the young "lady", sorely need retraining with a course in proper customer service as well as manners and etiquette while on duty.
