Exceptional rooms, very helpful staff. My room wasn't ready when I arrived but that does not detract from my rating, as the staff were very accommodating and kept me informed throughout. It gave me chance to read the "proposals" book which is an intriguing read and reveals a lot of the decisions that were (or were not) made during the refurbishment.
