Nice park, fun for children with water and playgrounds and playing field. The indoor pool is also great for children up to the age of 12. With the nice weather a lovely outdoor natural pool and nice sand playground for the children.
Park store only sells refill unfortunately. No fresh products, but well advised where we could go.
The restaurant was not exactly good. Everything tasted the same, no cook who makes your food but a warm-up. All the same salad from a package, it was impossible to get a salad without dressing. An unmarinated piece of meat or fish due to allergies is also not possible. They can only deliver exactly what is on the card. Fortunately via google they ended up at a steak house 4 km away where they could really cook well and take allergies into account.
In terms of park, we will definitely come back and then immediately get groceries in Westerbork and eat at steakhouse in Zuidveld.
