the hotel is really cool, so the royal empress is cool. the atmosphere is cool especially late into the evening brrRrr.city view in lat.5 is amazing instagramable ... the staff are friendly, humble, good service, pokos ... the special is for security, who has been of great help , my car valetN is safe .. + keep my files safe even to my room thanks to u so much. because I am tired all day meeting and people are responded to relax n polite really handsome man again. .hehe.which makes this hotel deserve to be called a five star hoho
