The staff were very friendly and pleasant. We were greeted all the time & the staff were always willing to respond to all reasonable requests promptly. The staff is your hotel's best feature.
The breakfast spread was too minimal. Your strict check-out policy would need to be reviewed; we asked for 1pm check-out but was repeatedly denied. We were given only half an hour grace. There was no complimentary drinking/mineral water in the room.
