As a peson that works in mortgage and that deals with HOA companies quite often, Vanguard is, thus far, the worse company I've had to deal with. They're supposed to be responsible for handling my community. I have to call 5 or 10 times a week to get them on the phone. They're very irresponsible and irresponsible. When I've handled getting someone one from their office on the phone, they're very rude and unprofessional. They send letters threatening to fine due to violations that are generated by the couple owners of the entire neighborhood or, as Vanguard calls them, "The board."

The park is broken down, there are no amenities, the streets are full of holes, I can't get out to my backyard due to the weed smell coming from my neighbor's house and all they do is collect my money and make my homeownership impossible. I hate this company with a passion.
