Save yourself time, money, and agony. This time of year they squeeze 40 lbs of kids in a 20 lbs sack. The center overbooked 3 field trips from 3 different schools and this is commonplace according to staff. We arrived with our 2 and 5yrs old and they were trampelled on 2 occassions, 15 minute lines were routinely cut but unsupervised and unruly kids much older. At one point we attempted to teach our 5yrs old the difference in weight counterbalance with the chair pulley. The staff member made us get back in line after the first chair and simply snorted, "There are just too many kids for her to do all 3...." I would have asked for our money back but the staff was too rude to have any hope and the scheduling of so many kids an indicator of poor management. I would hope management would have more incentive to supervise lines for the stations, address the poor scheduling of charter schools, and warn customers in advance of overcrowded conditions. I think it is a great benefit to kids to learn but there was very little learning going on while we were trying to visit - it was a huge unsupervised playground. Worse, our ability to teach our children and experience the various stations were interrupted and was so loud we couldnt even communicate. Awful, worst ever, museum experience....
