Their website said no reservation needed for all day cave pass, but we were refused, saying a reservation is needed. They didn't ask if we'd like to set up an appointment for any of their services, or wish us a nice day or anything. Very awkward. I tried to rationalize it, maybe they thought we were just out of towners who only wanted to see the caves, when in reality we're locals who have been to the other hot springs countless times and wanted to give them our business beyond the basics, but they pretty much shot that in the rear end. My perception of this business isn't far off from other reviews, including discrepancies on their website and the lack of quality customer service. Don't bother with this, just go to Iron Mtn or the big pool nearby.
