I m not really sure where to start about my comments with Brachers but I can categorically state that this firm has put my faith back into Solicitors and totally respect the knowledge that they obtain.
Before I accidently found Brachers I was in a very dark and dismal litigating place. My trust with Solicitors was at a credibility below zero.
This firm instantly saw the mess I was in and totally changed my case around. Law can be very confusing but they patiently explained the process with no dithering or hidden agendas. They take you along with the instruction process given you the best options.
They conduct themselves professionally and impartial. I was impressed with the experience of the solicitors in relation to my case that they could tap into.
I make a reference to one particular Solicitor that works at Brachers Mark Gore . His conduct and professionalism is impeccable. He empowered me to make the right guided decision within my case. Only someone with vast knowledge of the law can achieve this. Superb communication skills which freed me up to state my deep concerns.
I feel that Mark Gore is a reflection of the working ethos of Brachers.
Not at any point was I made to feel uncomfortable or judged for events that had happened in my case. They respond promptly and exactly to the date and time that they say they shall.
Even to the receptionists which are so helpful and my pleasure to have spoken too.
I shall always recommend Brachers to anyone, not just seeking legal help but wanting top class professional help.
I would strongly challenge anyone to find another firm that could operate so professionally.
