I normally go to Buff Whelan but decided to give Moran a try since it is actually closer to my house. I took my 2019 Silverado to Moran to get some parts ordered for warranty work. The service writer was a bit rude while I was there but I shrugged it off. They agreed that the parts I needed would be replaced under warranty and they had to order them. I also had an open recall on the truck that I wanted taken care of at the same time. Fast forward 8 weeks, no call from them stating my parts had come in. I call and leave the service writer a voice mail. 2 more weeks, no call.

I went to Buff Whelan for an oil change, I discuss with Jamie, they order the parts. 5 days later she calls and say my parts are in and schedule my truck to get fixed. I am Buff Whelan for life. I own 5 Chevrolets and when needing service I know where they are going. I normally have dealt with Andy Schocke and have always been treated with respect. This time I worked with Jamie Lipps and she was just as respectful, courteous and attentive. Great job Buff Whelan, you have a great crew.
