A third world in the heart of Tel Aviv. Disgusting!. I'm ashamed to think that visitors experience such places in my country.
On the early 90s when they just launched, the experts predicted exactly this situation and explained moreover how the greediness of the Central Bus Station partners lead to prioritizing a kind of shopping center over the public transportation needs.
Eventually this station on one hand doesn't really provide the service it supposes to provide and on the other hand it's not a place anyone will come for shopping.
