Shortly after writing my review, Andrea reached out to me, apologizing for the experience I had with Sherpa. I agreed to an interview and the staff, including Lisa and Brittany, have been EXCELLENT in keeping lines of communication open and helping me in my transition into Charlotte. The experience has been a complete 180 from my initial experience. I am still working with them to obtain employment, but I am more than hopeful now!!
