I scheduled an appointment for 2:00pm and arrived ...

I scheduled an appointment for 2:00pm and arrived at 1:50pm. The office was closed and locked. I waited around for about 15 minutes with no luck.
I came a long way for this appointment and am pretty disappointed that I came all this way for nothing. I received no communication that my appointment had been cancelled or that the office would be closed.
I don t appreciate my time being wasted and would recommend others not to waste theirs at this establishment.
