This place has the worst customer service. I went to get help with a cartridge and was treated very rudely. The manager or owner who ever he is walked away from me to gossip with someone else and when I tried to get help a second time it was a complete disaster . He told me I would have to pay him for the cartridge as if I was looking to get free merchandise. After he tells me he can order it flips on me says he doesn't want to get involved. I planned to replace several components in my shower had he had an ounce of decency . I ended up walking out since I was treated so nasty. I went else where for help .Was told they get a lot of complaints about this place. From the reviews I see its true..
