Paid for my renewal online since May 2019, sept 2...

Paid for my renewal online since May 2019, sept 2019 went in for my appointment and the process took about 2 hours.
I dropped my envelope which was addressed after the process but had to talk to one Mr Chris(supervisor) but didn t have to pay any extra and got my passport in 2days in my mail box
The lady( Security) at the entrance was not very friendly
My experience was great overall though
