Extremely unhelpful, unapologetic, and a factory of "No"s - don't waste your time. To me it seemed like they were more worried about making numbers on a spreadsheet than making a difference. I have volunteered with the United Way, and I don't know the financial situation of this location, but I can say I was extremely dissatisfied with the services provided from this location.
