Customer service is absolutely amazing at this boutique. I had bought a KC beanie from the store and the evening I bought it after wearing it briefly, the cute little fluff ball on top fell off (no fault of theirs). Without hesitation after contacting the store via Instagram and receiving an immediate response after their business hours on a Friday night, the next day a new one was made and at the store for me to pick up!
