This company is one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. On the facade it seems that they do good work, but they are verbally abusive to their staff behind the scenes. Someone mentioned previously in a review --
"They exploit women and people of color and the LGBTQ community. They are very abusive towards their production staff."
It could not be more true. I have worked with this company on multiple occasions and their leadership expects you to move mountains with little to no support. I understand from the outside appearance it seems like they do great work onstage but the means that they go to get there is appalling to the theater company. I would encourage everyone to reevaluate supporting a company like this.
