I can not give PCN enough accolades! As a new patient who had never seen a chiropractor before, I was a bit hesitant to use their services for my lower back pain. I called ahead to inquire and spoke to Becky. She was so patient with me, answered all of my questions and worked me into the schedule that same day! When I arrived to the office, they had every COVID precaution in place which immediately put me at ease. After filling out my intake form on the computer (which David at the front desk helped me complete), I was promptly checked in by Kendall. She took my vitals, asked me screening questions and had me perform range of motion exercises while explaining every step in detail.
When I saw Dr. Kaylee Cooper, she had a genuine interest in what my problem was, how it came about, what made it worse or better, and developed a specific treatment plan to help relieve my back pain.
Upon check out, Dr. Mac, the Clinical Director, asked how my first visit went and if I had any questions. He ensured his team would help me get better one step at a time.
