Working alongside J. Francis Company for our project, the First Ave Loft, was truly a collaborative experience. The project converted a historic 18th century warehouse into a luxury loft, while highlighting the existing character of the heavy timber structure. They worked with us to execute the construction in a way that respected the historical integrity, and their attention to detail and craftsmanship gave new life to the space. We thoroughly enjoy the opportunity to partner with J. Francis Company because of their dedication and professionalism. This was not our first time working with J. Francis Company, and it would certainly not be our last!
