I don't recommend Akhtar, the agent who belongs to Espace. Ever since he received the 10% brokerage fee - which is quite high, other agents charge 5% or so, but I liked the place a lot so didn't mind paying 10%, he is not responsive and not coordinating between landlady and tenant(me). I requested many time for repairs which existed before I moved in but he asked me to pay for them. It's been 2 months since I moved in and there were 2 major problems and he's not responding to my messages.
