I'm confused by some of the negative reviews, and ...

I'm confused by some of the negative reviews, and feel that they majority of them are likely trolls or not real people. This place is amazing, we see Dr Rutledge but have also seen other doctors in cases of emergency. Every SINGLE staff member (from front desk to nurses and everyone) is amazing, smart, kind, and take great care of our son.

Some of the negative reviews here seem to be written about a completely different office.
