Avoid the place. I was drawn to the place by their pictures and advertising. Where do I start
The staff are rude;
They didn't issue a proof of purchase/tickets/passes which felt suspicious;
Cages are extremely smelly;
Animals appear sleeping or tired
And did I say how rude their staff were?
