Avoid at all cost. I had a vasectomy in December. It's almost half a year later, and I'm still dealing with the labs and testing to give me the "all clear." There's no easy direct phone number. The office doesn't know what the lab is doing. The lab doesn't communicate with the doctor. The policies change depending on who you're talking to. It took three separate phone calls to find out the time of a particular lab. Even then, the answer differed from what the doctor's office told me. I have a 1:15 appointment, and I'm still not sure if it's at the right place. It's been like this for months. Try calling the hospital where the lab is located. They'll tell you to call another number. Call that number, and then they'll direct you back to your doctor. Call the doctor. They'll put you in contact with the lab, but the call won't ever get there instead you're working with a call center. The problems within the organization are endemic.
