I have the internet service only. it is a little pricey, but i have the ultra fast internet, and it is great. i had problems with it disconnecting frequently, but after a few visits by the technician, they changed the modem, and no problems since. Fast service, multiple devices with no problems. I have not had any issues with customer service.

UPDATE 2020: I added cable to my service. From the sales person to the communication system they have, this was the worst experience I have ever had. The sales person didn t give me any of the options available, gave me incorrect billing information, and had no idea what he was doing. The installation technician was okay. I ve had him before. I didn t get the DVR (although i thought i had), and when I tried to call I was literally on the phone 2 hours trying to talk to someone. Everything is automated and when you get a service rep, they are pretty incompetent. Thinking i made the wrong decision.
