Terrible experience. I repeated and clearly told multiple staff that I wanted a skilled phlebotomist to place my line before surgery. I have terrible veins and am needlephobic. They threw a couple of pinhead residents at me instead. Finally after the 2nd failed attempt when I was extremely distraught they called in someone with actual skill to do it. The staff here does not respect or listen to patient requests.
