Called and left my info and did not a get a call back. Week later called back and surprisingly got a call right back very quickly.from a gentlemen named Jack. He too my information stated that everything looked good and they could definitely complete a refinance. Jack stared that his supervisor was on another call and would call me right back. To my surprise 2 days later no call back or follow up. Your company is a joke and lacks basic service practice.
