Front desk officers were pleasant and efficient. They are all effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin.

As this was my second visit to Shenzhen after more than 20 years, I solicited and were given useful advice from the staff with regard to place of interest, eating outlets from the ground staff.

I am happy to report that all the advice given by the staff were indeed useful and reliable
