Completely awful. Don't waste your time or money. My family drove over 5 hours to enjoy this resort. Once we got here, my husband checked us in and my boys and I loaded our belongings on a cart so it would be easier than carrying everything to our room. We sat in the rocking chairs to wait for my husband to park to the car and I was approached by a bellhop wanting the cart. I explained we were going to use it since our stuff was on it. He said it was hotel policy that the bellhops had to take it to our rooms for us. I asked him why we weren't allowed to transport our own belongings. He snarkily replied oh you can, just not on our carts... My son saw me getting mad so he told the guy my husband would be there any moment. Next thing I know another guy walks up and tells me he wants to put a tag on my stuff and move it away from me but make sure I could see it at all times. I immediately told him to leave me alone and directed my boys to take our luggage off the hotels cart. These hotel employees were basically stalking me and making me feel extremely uncomfortable over a cart on wheels. Really?? Now after having to carry all of our belongings to our room we find it FILTHY... The pull out sofa looks like something from the 80's and worn down as bad too. There was food and paper on the floor, fingerprints on the bathroom mirror and scum in the tub and sink. We complained about the unsanitary conditions of our room half an hour ago and they promised a new room but somehow we are still sitting in this nasty one waiting. I want a refund!!!!
