In my experience the most welcoming and open hearted yoga centre in Cape Town. I travel a lot and its always great to be back at the Yoga Zone with their beautiful, well-kept studio and fantastic group of teachers. Love the location too. Keep it going another 16 years Yoga Zone. We love you.
