Very disapointed. Order placed by internet and I am called two days before delivery to tell me that it will not be possible on that date, that they reimburse me and that I must recommend (14 days to make the refund)

I recommended and waited 1 month to receive my item
Very poor after-sales service. I called twice and was told completely opposite things.

Finally, I will receive what I need 3 months after placing the order.
