I bought my Honda Fit here brand new in 2007. I chose Conicelli because they were willing to work with me, my budget, and my desire for a particular type of vehicle. There was never any pressure, and the sales personnel were extremely personable.

Not only has the car served me incredibly well since then, but the service here is stellar. I have worked with Steve most of the time and he has consistently been open, helpful, honest, up front, friendly and customer-centered. Truthfully, the entire staff in the service department seem to be attentive, affable and sincerely invested in making your experience a positive one each time. They invariably apply specials, coupons and available discounts and always explain what is necessary in language that you can understand. Additionally, they always prioritize what services may be needed and necessary, what services may be able to wait, and what can be tended to whenever is good for me. Ultimately, I TRUST the staff - so important when dealing with something as vital and important as my car.
