This Hotel's impeccable service and attention to detail is on a First Class Royal level.
When we arrived, the Doorman was nice enough to open our Taxi door and carried our bags in. We were then greeted by a delightful Front Desk staff who were helpful with our early check in.
The service overall was exemplary without being intrusive. Our fabulous room was very stylish and comfy with all the little touches. The delightful turn down service made our stay extra special. A royal experience if you ask me. We'll definitely stay here again the next time we're in London.
