I was pretty unfit when I started training with Rhiann at Raw about a year ago. Fast forward a year later, although I have yet to achieve my dream body and there is still more work to be done, I have experienced and seen significant changes to my body and fitness level. I can now do various exercises which I remember I neither could do nor struggled in the beginning when I started. My posture is much better now compared to a year ago and I have better movement mobility and reduced tension and strain across my neck and back. Rhiann emphasises a lot on correcting my techniques and posture when doing a particular exercise/ movement and this has helped to reduce the risk of injuries to my back (I have a back injury history) whilst targeting only the correct muscles to work. Having trained with a few other trainers in the past, I know for a fact that Rhiann is highly skilled and knowledgeable in the correct techniques. During training, she always makes sure my movement, mind and muscles are synchronised whilst cheering on with her witty sarcasm and infectious bubbly energetic pom pom girl vibes! Rhiann also helps me with diet advisory and keeps me honest in my food calorie intake count. Training with Rhian has been really fun and rewarding and I look forward each and every time. Rhiann is truly a star in her league and I shall do her justice in achieving my dream body to showcase and amplify all her good work! Thanks Rhiann and the wonderful team at RAW!
