Dear rustico, five years ago i visited your amazing restaurant with my family all the way from australia. I cant get out of my memory when i got my son the spaghetti bolognese and he couldnt finish, so being a good father i finished it for him. Never have i ever had such an amazing bol in all the world, not italy, japan was close due to their pasta skills, but you are no 1 in the world! Please pm me how to make that sauce!
