My brother was just release from this hospital and...

My brother was just release from this hospital and is writing to the hospital and contacting the authorities for the abuse he received at this hospital with a male Hispanic man who threatened him. He was afraid to let us know because he was afraid of what they would do to him! That s ridiculous!! My other brother and I live out of state and people were rude in the phone when we tried to call after finding out he was in a bad car wreck and was in ICU. Half the time we called we got a recording saying the number was no longer in service other times the phone rang and rang and turns out there wasn t a phone in the room. What I would like to know is why doesn t someone do something about it? I see bad review after the other on here and the remarks made by someone says they are sorry and will look into it! Apparently nothing is being done!!
