The person most responsible for setting up International Trade in the state of Maine was John Bernotavicz, Notre Dame graduate and Washington DC, Georgetown Law School. He was a terrific person who gave his all to his sister, Mary and brother in law, Jon Heffelfinger. He shall ever be remembered as a loving and altruistic brother! Bless this wonderful man.
