Wow. Hard sales tactics were an immediate red flag. Saleswoman on the phone wanted my name, number and address before she would speak another word to me. I should have demanded her full name and home number in the spirit of reciprocity! Excel's product may be fine, but first impressions are everything. We'll be getting our new shower doors elsewhere.
