I went in to have 2 very old Montana bonds (1881 & 1891) that were gifted by a friend of ours and a simple but cute killdeer print my husband bought me to be framed. The friendly customer service and genuine desire to do the very best job with all items I brought in was so sincere through the entire process. They took the time to give me the best options and to stay within my requested budget for each item. I was offered to choose options myself but I asked their recommendations instead. Great questions were asked of me to best determine my preferences of style, colors (frame, mat, background, etc). They worked together as needed when questions about what would work best to maintain the integrity of the bonds and explained how and why certain details were suggested. I will only go back to them for any future frame projects and/or if I need to purchase any items in their selection of fine pieces from local artists already in their shop. Thank you ladies, your beautiful work exceeded my expectations!
