The staff at Hendrick Toyota were incredibly nice and helpful through my repair saga. I waited 3 weeks to get my car in with a different shop through my extended warranty, only to be told they didn't have the right tools for a hybrid. Hendrick Toyota was able to get me in the next day and Casey kept me updated on progress as well as making sure I didn't have to jump through hoops with my insurance to get a working car. The shuttle service is also a big plus and I was able to get to work and then back to the dealership in record time. I will definitely be going to them from now on to get work done.
