Absolutely horrific claims experience. A driver insured by them backed into my parked car, and it took them almost two weeks to even come out to inspect damages, at which point they gave me no indication and advanced warning this would happen. I had to go through my carrier to file a claim and have repairs paid for. A month and a half AFTER I picked up my car and subrogation was initiated, neither my carrier nor I have yet to hear back from them for reimbursement of payments for something their insured was at fault for.
